By using our website or engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1 About eAdhikaran
eAdhikaran is a tax, compliance and insurance advisory platform founded and operated by Naresh Kumar Maurya, a Certified GST Professional (CGP). We provide professional services including GST registration, income tax return filing, FSSAI registration, MSME/Udyam registration, accounting support, and insurance advisory services through authorised partnerships with IRDAI-registered insurance companies.

We reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of services.
3 Consultation & Fees
Free Consultation
Initial consultations with eAdhikaran are provided free of charge. During consultation, we will understand your requirement, provide a document checklist and give you a fee quote. You are under no obligation to proceed with any service after consultation.
Service Fees
Service fees are confirmed after the consultation and document review. Fees depend on the complexity of your case. Indicative starting fees are:

Government fees, portal charges and stamp duties (if any) are charged separately and passed on at actual cost. These are not included in the service fee quoted by eAdhikaran.
4 Client Responsibilities
By engaging eAdhikaran's services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: All documents, figures and information provided by you must be true, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Timely document submission: Delays in providing required documents may delay the completion of your service. eAdhikaran is not responsible for delays caused by late document submission
- Respond promptly: Respond to queries from our team in a timely manner to avoid delays
- Verify your details: Review all filings, registrations or documents prepared by us before final submission and inform us of any errors
- Legal compliance: Ensure that the information you provide is legally compliant. eAdhikaran is not responsible if you provide false or misleading information
- Maintain credentials: Keep your government portal credentials (GST portal, income tax portal) confidential and secure
⚠️ Important: eAdhikaran will not be responsible for penalties, notices or legal action arising from inaccurate, incomplete or false information provided by the client.
5 Insurance Services Terms
eAdhikaran provides insurance advisory services as an authorised agent/advisor for IRDAI-registered insurance companies. The following additional terms apply to insurance services:
- Advisory role: eAdhikaran acts as an intermediary between you and the insurance company. The insurance contract is between you and the insurer, not eAdhikaran
- Policy terms: The terms, conditions, exclusions and premiums of any insurance policy are governed by the insurer's policy document. Always read your policy document carefully
- Disclosure obligation: You must disclose all material facts truthfully when applying for insurance. Non-disclosure may result in claim rejection by the insurer
- Claims: Insurance claims are processed directly by the insurance company. eAdhikaran can assist with the claims process but does not guarantee claim approval
- Commission disclosure: eAdhikaran receives commission from insurance companies for policies sold. This does not affect the premium you pay, which is fixed by IRDAI regulations
- Free look period: Most insurance policies offer a 15-30 day free look period. You may cancel within this period per the insurer's terms
Insurance is subject to market risks and policy terms. eAdhikaran does not guarantee returns on investment-linked insurance products (ULIPs). Past performance does not indicate future returns.
6 Tax & Compliance Services Terms
- Government processing times: Registration timelines (GST, FSSAI, MSME etc.) depend on government portal processing times and are outside eAdhikaran's control
- Portal downtime: Delays due to government portal maintenance or downtime are not the responsibility of eAdhikaran
- Tax advice: Information provided is general professional guidance based on current tax laws. Tax laws change frequently — always confirm with us before acting on any advice
- ITR filing: eAdhikaran prepares and files your ITR based on the information and documents provided by you. Any discrepancies arising from incorrect information provided by you are solely your responsibility
- Notices & scrutiny: eAdhikaran is not responsible for income tax notices, GST notices or scrutiny assessments arising from your historical financial transactions or undisclosed income
- Compliance responsibility: Filing returns, paying taxes on time and maintaining records is ultimately your legal responsibility as a taxpayer
7 Payment Terms
- Service fees must be paid as agreed before or during service delivery
- Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or Cashfree payment gateway
- Government portal fees (if any) must be paid separately and in advance
- eAdhikaran will provide a receipt or acknowledgement for all payments received
- For ongoing services (accounting, GST returns), payment schedules will be mutually agreed in writing
- eAdhikaran reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed work until payment is received
8 Refund Policy
Tax & Compliance Services
- Before work begins: Full refund of service fee if you cancel before we begin work on your case
- After work begins: Partial refund at our discretion depending on work completed
- After filing/submission: No refund once your application or return has been filed with the government portal
- Government fees: Government fees paid to portals are non-refundable under any circumstances
Insurance Services
- Insurance premium refunds are governed by the insurer's policy terms and IRDAI regulations
- Free look period cancellations are processed by the insurer directly
- eAdhikaran's advisory fee (if any) is non-refundable once advisory services have been rendered
To request a refund, email us at info@eadhikaran.com with your name, service details and reason. We will respond within 5 working days.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- eAdhikaran's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fee paid by you for that specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind
- We are not liable for government penalties, interest or fines arising from late filings caused by client delays in document submission
- We are not liable for losses arising from insurance claim rejections by insurers
- We are not liable for losses due to changes in tax laws, GST rates, or government policies after your service has been rendered
- We are not liable for website downtime, data loss due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government actions)

All content on eadhikaran.online including the brand name "eAdhikaran", logo, website design, text, graphics, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of Naresh Kumar Maurya / eAdhikaran.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without written permission
- The eAdhikaran name and logo may not be used in any manner without express written consent
- Documents prepared by eAdhikaran for you (ITR forms, registration applications) are for your personal use only and may not be resold or distributed
12 Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time with reasonable notice, subject to the refund policy in Section 8.
eAdhikaran reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- You provide false, misleading or fraudulent information
- You request us to file fraudulent returns or engage in tax evasion
- You engage in abusive or threatening behaviour towards our team
- You fail to make payment as agreed
eAdhikaran will never assist in fraudulent tax filings, money laundering or any activity that violates Indian law. Such requests will be immediately refused and reported if required by law.
13 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and applicable tax laws.
Dispute Resolution
- Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact us at info@eadhikaran.com. We will try to resolve your concern within 15 working days
- Step 2 — Mediation: If not resolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
- Step 3 — Legal proceedings: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India
For insurance-related disputes, you may also approach the Insurance Ombudsman as per IRDAI guidelines.
