• Legal compliance: If required by a court order, government authority or applicable law
• Service partners: Accountants or compliance professionals working directly under Naresh Kumar Maurya who are bound by confidentiality

Any third party we share data with is required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and may only use it for the specific purpose for which it was shared.

4 Insurance Services & Data

eAdhikaran acts as an authorised insurance advisor/agent for IRDAI-registered insurance companies including TATA AIA Life Insurance, TATA AIG General Insurance, HDFC Ergo Health Insurance and Aditya Birla Health Insurance.

• We share only the minimum information required to process your insurance application
• Health information is shared only with your explicit consent
• We do not store your health or medical data beyond what is necessary for the application
• Insurance companies are bound by IRDAI data protection guidelines

5 Data Storage & Security

Your enquiry data submitted through our contact form is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit).

• Contact form data is stored in a secured, access-controlled database
• Only authorised team members (under Naresh Kumar Maurya) can access your data
• Tax documents shared via WhatsApp or email are handled with strict confidentiality
• We do not store your financial documents permanently beyond the service completion
• Passwords and sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text

6 Cookies & Tracking

Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts that monitor your behaviour across other websites.

We may use minimal technical cookies for basic website functionality only (such as remembering your scroll position). These cookies contain no personal information and are not shared with any third party.
